AGEL Levoča Hospital – RCIS

We have signed Contracts for the implementation of the work "AGEL Levoča Hospital RCIS", which include the implementation of the structural work, RCIS and ODCH construction works.

The new RCIS building is located in the southern part of plot no. 1090/17 and on plots no. 1081 and 1082, connected to the internal campus road. The building was originally designed as a single-storey building with a setback technical floor (2nd floor) on the roof of the building. The change in the building before completion involves the modification of the building to a two-storey building with a setback technical floor (3rd floor) on the roof of the building. The building will serve as a healthcare facility, therefore the design includes functional and operational spaces according to the needs of the investor, in compliance with the applicable general legal, technical and hygiene regulations for healthcare facilities. The building is designed in accordance with current requirements and trends for buildings for healthcare facilities as a simple mass of two interconnected, mutually setback blocks. The building is located on a slightly sloping plot. The building has a ground plan shape of two interconnected rectangles. The original ground plan maximum size of the building is 51.30x47.70m. The maximum ground plan size when changing the building before completion is 54.30x49.825m.

The original building of the new building of the AGEL hospital in Levoča was a single-storey building with a flat roof with photovoltaic panels and a recessed technical floor on the 2nd floor. After the change of construction before completion, the new building of the AGEL hospital in Levoča will be a two-storey building with a flat roof with photovoltaic panels and a recessed technical floor on the 3rd floor. The building will remain without a basement. The new building consists of two sections connected by a connecting neck, which serves as the main entrance. The supporting structure of both sections is a mixed structure of peripheral load-bearing walls made of monolithic concrete in combination with internal load-bearing monolithic columns. The building is covered with a reinforced concrete monolithic beamless slab. It will be based on strip foundations - peripheral walls and foundation footings - columns.
