Chemkostav, a.s. began realization of works on project Južné mesto – zone B1 – residential building in Bratislava. Works on project are ongoing since september and the final date of realization is set for april 2017. Beneficiary of works is Delta Construction, s.r.o.
Residential complex is located in cadastral area Bratislava – Petržalka. Complex is situated on south from Panón road and north from newly built zone C1. The area is currently used for agriculture. There are no building objects on ground plots of project. Weak-current cable is passing through the area, but project solves its displacement. Currently primary utilities infrastructure is being implemented, which was allowed by construction administration. Goal of project is construction of zone B1 / multi-storey residential buildings with their own operating equipment including additional.
