On November 13, 2025, we signed a Contract for Work with Rezidencia LP s.r.o. for the implementation of the work "Louis Pasteur Residence - Multi-functional Apartment Building". We have taken over the construction site and the work is to be handed over by 09/2027.
The proposed building is functionally intended primarily for housing and has a space created for the function of civic amenities. The apartment building consists of two blocks A and B, positioned apart from each other, structurally separated by expansion joints. Block A has seven above-ground floors (of which 6 are residential). Block B has six above-ground floors (of which 5 are residential) and 1 recessed top floor with a built-up area less than half of the previous floor. The building has 2 floors designed for parking cars - partial use of the 1st floor (excluding the area for civic amenities) and the entire 1st floor. The roof of the building is designed to be flat, with additional use for creating growing activities for apartment owners. Total number of apartments 68, of which 36 in block A and 32 in block A. There will be a total of 34 two-room apartments, 33 three-room apartments and 1 four-room apartment.
Due to the proximity of the proposed building to the UNLP Hospital, for the civic amenities of the building, a medical facility function is proposed on the 1st floor - dental clinics (dental surgery, dental hygiene, classic dental clinic). Professional staff: 3 x doctor, 2 x nurse, 1 x dental hygiene. A playground for residents of the apartment building and a water area for collecting rainwater are designed within the building plot - arranged with suitable landscaping to the water area. The building project also includes planting 7 new trees and new grassy areas. The building will be connected to new energy connections - water, sewage and LV connections. Low-voltage connections will be provided according to the choice of the network operator. The connection of the building will also include a transport connection - by shifting the position of two existing entrances to the plot from Turgenevova Street.
