March 7th was for the company Chemkostav, a.s. marked by the ceremonial start of construction of two projects. One of the places was the largest village of the whole Liptov region, in which the expected construction of missing sewers was today officially opened, attended by Minister of Ministry of the Environment, Mayor of Ružomberok, mayors of the affected municipalities, representatives of the investor, contractor and construction supervisor. The project, called SKK Ružomberok and WWTP Liptovská Teplá, Liptovské Sliače, involves the construction of sewerage network in Ružomberok (in the urban district Biely Potok, Černová a Hrboltová) and in the villages Liptovské Sliače, Liptovská Teplá, Ivachnová and Likavka.By implementation of the project more than 40 km of sewer drains and 1 689 connections will be added in Liptovské Sliače and nearby within two years. The capacity of the existing wastewater treatment plant will significantly increase.
In the neighboring Czech Republic was at the same time held opening ceremony of the project Clean River Bečva II - A . Part of the implementation is to connect 6 new locations to the system of a WWTP Vsetin. In addition to these projects outside the 'urban city' Vsetín is considered the extension of the sewer network of uniform system in the town Vsetin, which is further divided into 8 sub-projects. Part of these works is the construction of sewage systems for sanitary sewer with a total length of about 72 km.
