Residential housing project “Šafranová záhrada” is placed in a historical park of captain Jaroš of former barracks in the center of Kosice. The project name “Šafranová záhrada” is based on contemporary name of this locality, since until 1895 it contained the vast meadows with the same name, which has been gradually built up.
