Object is situated on Spitalska Street in direct link to the central city zone of Michalovce. The purpose of the proposed building is to create by complete renovation, a new space for "Food Stores" facility, in which the range of groceries and complementary non-food range will be sold. Shop with facilities is designed on the ground floor on the space, which originally served as a selling point, and the premises of Company Slovak Telekom, a.s. Partial reconstruction passed the basement where the boiler was placed.
