From a construction point of view, the complex of buildings of the elementary school is a building complex of three buildings, which was created by the gradual addition of individual buildings according to the changing requirements for the spatial and operational requirements of the school over time. Two (SO02.01 ZŠ – Block A, SO02.03 ZŠ – Block B) share a gable wall. The gymnasium (SO02.02 ZŠ) was added to the newer one in the courtyard part. Both objects of older date have separate inputs. Originally, they formed independently functional and operating units. Later, they were connected by connecting doors in two adjacent classrooms. They do not have a common internal communication, which causes some operational discomfort. When considering possible alternative solutions, the conclusion was finally reached that the most ideal solution would be to renovate the older building of the school (SO02.03) and situate a new building in its place (SO01 Completion ES). The reconstruction of the oldest part of the building and the completion of the new building in the courtyard part were evaluated as aesthetically and operationally less suitable. The financial complexity of both solutions turned out to be comparable, while the chosen solution offers significantly higher operational quality than I aesthetic value. In addition to the renovation of the school building (SO02.03), this solution also requires the renovation of the farm building (SO03). The proposed solution also proposes moving the Fallen Monument (SO04) from its current location to a new, more suitable location in front of the new front of the school. Here it is sensitively integrated into the new public entrance area of the school.
The proposed object SO01 Dostavby ZŠ is located in the SE part of the area under consideration. It consists of a main two-story part and a single-story connecting "neck", which is directly connected to the historical building of the school SO02.01.
