Construction modifications for the creation of an MR workplace of the East Slovak Institute of Heart and Vascular Diseases

Basic information

The proposed set of modifications can be divided into two main parts, namely the architectural-construction part, which deals with changing the layout of the designed space for the needs of creating an MR workplace, and the technological part, which includes modifications in individual technological professions associated with changing the layout of the space (heating, ventilation and air conditioning, sanitary engineering and electrical installation). 
The architectural-construction part of the modifications will consist of: 
▪ removal of non-load-bearing partitions 
▪ removal of floors and suspended ceilings 
▪ dismantling of selected interior doors and glazed walls 
▪ creation of a new layout solution from lightweight prefabricated plasterboard partitions 
▪ creation of new floor structures 
▪ creation of new wall finishes 
▪ creation of new suspended ceiling structures
▪ installation of new interior doors and aluminum glazed walls 
▪ interior repairs of spaces related to the modifications (entrance hall from the elevator area) 
▪ production of new built-in furniture elements, etc.
The technological part of the modifications will consist of: 
▪ part sanitary engineering
▪ part electrical installations
▪ part heating
▪ parts air conditioning and cooling
