DS Belanská - accommodation facility for seniors

Basic information

The project deals with the design of a new housing facility for seniors on Belanská street in Košice. The accommodation facility for seniors has 2 underground floors and 4 above-ground floors. The device is not intended for persons unable to move independently. All areas of the accommodation facility for seniors are designed to enable use by persons with limited mobility and orientation, with the exception of service areas. 
 
2ND FLOOR – ENTRANCE FLOOR 
- entrance hall with reception, office, maid, toilets, storage, laundry,  
- dining room with kitchen - will be used exclusively for accommodated seniors 
- masseur, hairdresser, manicure, pedicure - will serve exclusively for accommodated seniors, in        
   limited mode 
- room for isolation of the sick 
- staff – men's dressing room, women's dressing room, day room 

1. PP 
- non-residential premises for temporary accommodation 
- warehouses, technical rooms 
- decontamination room

1st floor – 4th floor 
- non-residential premises for temporary accommodation 
- maid (living room)
