Basic information

The construction represents a new building on the site of the current civic amenities building, which currently represents a free-standing, two-story building with a flat roof. The proposed building is functionally intended primarily for residential purposes and has created space for the operation of health services - a pharmacy, medical clinics and shops and services.
The proposed building has 3 underground floors intended for parking cars and 9 above-ground floors. 
The functional use of the floors and the number of floors of the building is designed as follows: 
- 3rd floor – underground collective garage 
- 2nd floor – underground collective garage 
- 1st floor – underground collective garage + civic amenities (access from Kalinčiakova street) 
- 1st floor – civic amenities and entrances to the residential part (access from Turgenevova street) 
- 2nd to 9th floors – residential part
