Basic information

The project involves the creation of a new residential block SO 1.04, which is part of a residential complex in the planned residential zone Prúdy in the city of Trnava. There are three types of functional blocks in the design area. A06 – Multi-storey residential buildings, B.02/1 – Multifunctional city framework and Z02 – Park areas. For the design of the residential complex, the functional blocks A.06 and B.02/1 were divided into blocks A-North (5.127ha), B-North (0.665ha), B-South (0.780ha) and A-South (3.159ha). The Z02 blocks are separate and only park landscaping and cycle paths are designed on them. The residential block SO 1.04 is located in the functional block A-South. The A-Sever functional block consists of four blocks of apartment buildings, a zone for civic amenities (kindergarten or senior citizen home, etc.) and a park. The functional blocks B-North and B-South are divided by the main communication of the area, a boulevard type. The blocks combine the function of services on the ground floor of the buildings, non-residential premises - services and apartments on the second and third floors and residential premises on the other floors. Blocks A have residential parts of the buildings located on a semi-sunken basement with a parking function. The buildings themselves are 5-storey with one recessed floor and respectively. eight-storey up to a height of 26m above the adjacent sidewalk communication. The SO 1.04 building is designed on a sunken basement, on which three smaller spaces (interior blocks) are allocated by individual apartment buildings, with park arrangements, mature greenery, planting of perennials, grasses and pedestrian walkways.
