WatsoNova – multi-functional file

Basic information

The proposed multi-functional complex will consist of residential buildings and multi-functional buildings with civic amenities, business premises, offices and an apartment hotel. The building will be located in Košice between the streets Watsonova, Letná, Stará spišská cesta and the premises of the Business Academy. A collective underground garage is proposed under the multi-functional part of the ensemble and part of the apartment buildings. On the roof of the underground garages, between the buildings of apartment buildings and in the southern part of the area, park improvements with overgrown greenery are proposed.

Functional regulation divides the territory into sectors A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H. 
Sectors A and B are intended for multi-purpose housing and civic amenities. 
In sectors C, E and F, part of the area has a residential function, and part of the area has a polyfunction - housing and civic amenities. 
In sector D, the housing function is determined. 
In sector G, the function of public greenery is determined. 
In sector H, the designated function is transport construction - connecting road.
