We have signed a contract for the execution of the project "The southern city – Zone B3-B4-AB2, Bratislava – Petržalka, Residential Buildings SO 02 and SO 03." The work is to be handed over by the end of 2029.
The proposed development is located within the Bratislava-Petržalka cadastral area. Zones B3, B4, and AB2 represent a continuation of the "Južné mesto" (Southern City) urban complex—specifically the "Mesto" (City) section. This new urban district project is currently under construction on the southern edge of Petržalka, in the Janíkov dvor area. Južné mesto is divided into sectors A, B, and C, which are further subdivided into zones based on the construction schedule. Zones B3, B4, and AB2 are situated south of Panónska Street and south of Zone B1.
The SO-02/SO-03 complex consists of two tower-style residential buildings—designated SO-02A and SO-03A—resting on a shared underground garage (Structure S); the garage structure (SO-02S/SO-03S) comprises two underground levels, while building SO-02A has 20 above-ground floors and building SO-03AA has 24 above-ground floors. The proposed residential complex will connect to the public transport network, which was previously authorized as part of the "JUŽNÉ MESTO, BRATISLAVA – PETRŽALKA PRIMARY INFRASTRUCTURE (ROADS AND UTILITIES)" project. This network connects to the large roundabout at the junction of Panónska, Dolnozemská, and Azúrová streets.
